Overview

As a Staff Accountant I at Suvoda, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting within a collaborative and innovative environment.

In Short

• Accurately record and manage daily invoices.
• Manage AP mailbox correspondence.
• Ensure precise coding for general ledger entries.
• Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
• Process and reconcile bank transactions.
• Review and manage employee expense reports.
• Track and record accrued expenses.
• Record monthly transactions in NetSuite.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial documentation.
• Support the month-end closing process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Understanding of accounts payable/general ledger systems.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Saga, NetSuite, and Expensify is a plus.
