Overview

The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist III is responsible for delivering pharmaceutical care by providing patient-centered clinical services, ensuring safe and effective medication therapy, and collaborating with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Licensed Pharmacist (PHARMD or PHARMR).
• ACLS certification for code response.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
