Overview

As a Luxury Hotel Customer Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to guests, assisting with hotel bookings and inquiries while utilizing your language skills in Italian and English.

In Short

• Check availability at hotels worldwide.
• Provide advice on hotel properties and packages.
• Identify individual travel needs and preferences.
• Manage hotel bookings, including changes and cancellations.
• Assist members with their accounts and expand the guest network.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written skills in Italian (B2H/C1 Level).
• Good verbal and written skills in English (B2H/C1 Level).
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Intermediate technical PC knowledge and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication skills and relationship management.
• Positive attitude and great interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present complex information simply.
