As a Support Superstar, you’ll be the voice behind the music, ensuring top-tier support for users of the music streaming platform.

In Short

• Assist users via email and web messaging with inquiries and concerns.
• Resolve account and payment issues smoothly and efficiently.
• Answer “How to” and FAQ questions with clarity and confidence.
• Troubleshoot and fine-tune the Music Streaming Platform experience for customers.
• Fluency in Polish (C1 level) is required.
• Strong English skills (B2 or above) are necessary.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude is important.
