Overview

The Change Management Lead is responsible for overseeing and driving the successful execution of change management strategies across an organization, ensuring large-scale changes are effectively implemented with minimal disruption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is highly desirable.
• Certification in Change Management preferred (e.g., Prosci, ACMP or equivalent)
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in change management, organizational development, or project management.
• Multi/Bilingual - (English & French/Spanish)
• Extensive experience in leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and their application.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills.
