We are seeking a Strategic Sales Director to serve as a key growth driver for our Southeast U.S. business in the Manufacturing, Fintech, and Healthcare sectors.

  • Leverage existing executive relationships to generate a pipeline quickly.

  • Execute regional go-to-market strategy across key enterprise and mid-market clusters.
  • 10+ years of experience selling IT Professional Services or Digital Transformation solutions.
  • Proven ability to close enterprise and mid-market deals.
  • Strong experience in Manufacturing, Fintech, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (25–30%).
  • Success metrics include building a qualified pipeline and closing major engagements.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant sales roles.
  • Established network of senior decision-makers.
  • Strong proactive hunting and pipeline creation skills.
  • Ability to close deals ranging from $200K to $5M+.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
