System Administrators Team Lead (Remote)

Overview

Our IT team is looking for an experienced System Administrators Team Lead who enjoys solving complex tasks and implementing cool solutions in the organization of office and employee technical support.

In Short

• Lead the work of the system administrators and DevOps team;
• Ensure stable operation of the server infrastructure based on Linux and Windows Server;
• Monitor infrastructure for high availability and system performance;
• Manage and support mobile and desktop devices using MDM/UEM solutions;
• Ensure infrastructure protection according to cybersecurity standards in collaboration with the cybersecurity department;
• Implement and maintain security policies, manage access and control based on Active Directory, Azure AD;
• Manage and support services based on AWS and Azure;
• Make decisions related to the development and scaling of the company's IT infrastructure;
• Manage technical documentation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in system/network administration;
• Knowledge of computer networks and protocols: basics of network topology, OSI model, principles of network protocols;
• Experience with Linux (Iptables, firewalld, init.d, systemd, memory/storage, file systems, virtualization);
• Ability to use system utilities (grep, awk, htop, atop, iotop, etc.);
• Experience with Windows Server;
• Experience with network equipment Mikrotik, D-Link, Tp-Link, Ubiquiti;
• Knowledge of hardware (servers and computers), ability to troubleshoot hardware issues;
• Ability to automate work (Bash scripting);
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, IdM, MDM/UEM;
• Experience with video surveillance and access control systems;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity standards;
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google);
• Knowledge of English B1-B2.
