• Prior experience in tech support or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure)
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity
• Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
