In Short

  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
  • Assume ownership of technical issues reported by customers
  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  • Gather data to resolve complex tickets
  • Maintain working knowledge of client’s products and services
  • Support on-site activities for technicians and customers
  • Manage and maintain updated records of failures and bugs
  • Excellent English communication skills required
  • 1–2 years of prior experience in tech support
  • Experience with CRMs and ticketing systems

Requirements

  • Strong familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
  • Solid understanding of hardware and software interactions
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with UAV/UAS systems is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with network-related architecture
  • Degree in computer science or information technology preferred
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is a plus
