Requirements

  • Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2–C1)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop/computer (at least 8Gb RAM) and stable internet connection
