In Short

  • Stay current with the latest backend technologies and trends.
  • Provide L2 backend support, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues for customers.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain backend systems using Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB.
  • Collect and analyze data to ensure all necessary technical details are available for resolving advanced backend-related tickets.
  • Gather key technical information to facilitate the resolution of intricate backend issues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions, offering high-quality technical support.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our client’s backend products and services.
  • Handle customers' sensitive information with the highest level of security and care.
  • Collaborate with developers and departments across various IT companies to diagnose and address backend technical challenges.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 2+ years experience in back-end software development
  • Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and MongoDB
  • Good understanding of on-premise IT infrastructure, load balancers, queues, and clustering
  • Positive, friendly, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and caring attitude with a can-do approach
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
