Requirements

• Native Dutch and English B2 communication skills
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
• Experience in trading/investments/blockchain is a must
• Experience providing support via live chats
• Experience with CRM systems
• Analytical and research skills
• Positive and responsible attitude
• Personal laptop or computer (minimum 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection
