Overview

As a Business Development Representative at Superhuman, you will play a key role in expanding the use of innovative AI writing tools and support the company’s growth goals.

  • Qualify leads as sales opportunities through cold calls and emails.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams.
  • Initiate contact with prospects through outbound and inbound efforts.
  • Help build a fun, high-energy environment on the Sales team.
  • Uncover prospects’ business challenges and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage pipeline and record all activities with leads and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of BDR or sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience building and executing multi-touch sequences.
  • Experience cold calling and comfortable with rejection.
  • Strong work ethic and resilience.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Openness to feedback and coaching.
