The Key Account Manager will manage Superfeet’s strategic partnerships within the Running channel, focusing on driving revenue growth and brand visibility while delivering exceptional service and collaborative business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years’ experience in Sales or Account Management.
  • Proven success managing retail accounts.
  • Strong understanding of retail math and margin management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
