BSA AML Analyst I - Remote

Overview

The BSA AML Analyst I ensures due diligence is performed to comply with AML/KYC regulations and assists in fraud investigations.

• Must recognize and research various fraud typologies.
• Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations.
• Conduct Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) investigations.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA and AML regulations.
• Adhere to federal and state laws regarding anti-money laundering.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to management.
• 2+ years of experience in BSA, Fraud, or Audit environments preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and compliance regulations.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience in banking operations, accounting, or internal auditing is a plus.
