We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning human resources practices with our business goals. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and primary HR point of contact for business leaders, fostering strong partnerships that drive organizational success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Open to move to our locations (region of Województwo Lubuskie).
• Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of HR initiatives' impact on business outcomes.
