Overview

As Director of People, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of Summer’s People function, overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to retention. You’ll design scalable processes and programs that support Summer’s growth, while ensuring our People practices reflect our mission and values.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with leadership in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead People programs.
  • Experience with HR systems and scalable processes.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance.
  • Ability to analyze people data for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Passion for culture, equity, and employee growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Senior-level HR certification preferred.
