Senior Technical Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Sully.ai is hiring our first Senior Technical Project Manager, a key addition to our Engineering organization. You’ll partner directly with our Head of Engineering and Co-Founder/CEO to architect and execute the processes, governance, and tools that enable our AI-driven clinical Agents platform to scale. This Bay Area–based role offers the opportunity to define the playbook and build 0 to 1 on our mission to save lives.

In Short

Requirements

• 6+ years managing complex technical projects.
• Expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Proven operational leadership and process building.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
