Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Designer with a strategic mindset and a passion for user-centered design. As a key member of our founding team, you’ll shape the product vision and drive the design of impactful experiences in a fast-paced, startup environment.

In Short

Oversee end-to-end design processes for complex product areas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly solutions.
Work with AI teams to integrate LLM and AI technologies.
Set high standards for design quality and usability.
Conduct user research and usability testing.

Requirements

7-12 years of experience in software product design.
Experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
Deep expertise in UI/UX, interaction, or visual design.
Passion for user-centered design.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Mastery of design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma.
Familiarity with AI and LLM concepts.
