Overview

The Data Analyst, Reports & Insights role at SugarCRM involves driving visibility and actionable insights across the Technical Support organization by building reporting infrastructure and enabling data-informed decisions.

Design and maintain reporting dashboards and data visualizations.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in operations analysis or data analytics.
Proven ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience identifying performance gaps.
Familiarity with CRM and support platforms.
Excellent communication skills for presenting data.
