Overview

The Voids Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the Voids Service, ensuring effective delivery and customer satisfaction in housing repairs and maintenance.

In Short

  • Coordinate and provide administrative support for voids associated works.
  • Deliver a customer-focused voids service in a timely and safe manner.
  • Schedule void property inspections and repairs.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of works.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to drive improvements.
  • Support the Voids Manager in budget monitoring and data management.
  • Maintain key performance indicators for void works.
  • Experience in a Repairs, Maintenance, and Voids environment is beneficial.
  • Commitment to providing a first-class service.

Requirements

  • Good eye for detail and customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven communication and IT skills.
  • GCSE's (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at grade C/4 or above.
  • Experience in a busy service environment.
  • Ability to monitor quality and success of void works.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
