• Dynamic and detail-oriented HR Leader needed for day-to-day and strategic HR operations.
• Oversee HR compliance, employee onboarding/offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Coordinate with brokers, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries.
• Manage onboarding processes through Paylocity.
• Ensure compliance with state-specific labor laws.
• Participate in HR and compliance meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; PHR/SPHR preferred.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare or a multi-state organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity.
• Experience managing employee benefits and working with third-party brokers.
• Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
