HR Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HR Coordinator to join our team to work alongside our Senior HR Consultant to support a wide range of human resources initiatives across multiple clients.

In Short

• Support client engagements across various HR topics and initiatives.
• Maintain HR technology platforms for data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Assist with system implementations, testing, and data compilation.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly configured and documented.
• Leverage HR systems to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
• Assist with talent acquisition activities including job postings and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Participate in audits and process documentation projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role required.
• Understanding of general HR policies and procedures.
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.
• Minimum of 3 years of full cycle experience with HRIS platforms preferred.
• System implementation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Aptitude in problem-solving.
• Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
• BS/BA in Business administration, Human Resources, or relevant field.
• Must be customer service & detail oriented.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at a fast pace with minimal errors.
