  • Assist in qualifying proprietary systems and implementing engineering strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between engineering and clients to maximize project efficiency.
  • Generate sales leads and manage key projects with monthly reporting.
  • Achieve regional revenue goals through winning proposals.
  • Promote technical solutions and develop accounts with key stakeholders.
  • Provide value through cost-effective geotechnical solutions.
  • Coordinate interactions between design, installation, and clients.
  • Review project geotechnical information for feasibility evaluations.
  • Participate in project meetings and site activities.
  • Prepare project close-out documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in product sales experience.
  • Experience in DOT or Rail markets preferred.
  • Basic understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical construction.
  • Ability to evaluate technical and commercial viability.
  • Creativity in demonstrating value in geo-solutions.
  • Track record in managing business opportunities and sales strategies.
  • Effective listening and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized self-starter.
  • Ability to work independently with initiative.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
