Overview

Miratech is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager, responsible for expanding company sales within existing strategic accounts while actively acquiring new clients in the region. This role is critical for driving revenue growth by uncovering new business opportunities and strengthening client relationships.

Requirements

  • 10 years of sales experience in IT & Software Developer Outsourcing.
  • Experience leading business growth in IT services and outsourcing.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of IT services industry and business models.
  • Mastery of sales and success management processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
