Workplace Design Manager - Remote

Overview

As our Workplace Design Manager, you will lead, manage, and have oversight of the design and planning of our global workplace environments for Stryker.

In Short

• Lead the design and planning of workplace environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in workplace design or facilities management.
• 4+ years of experience in designing flexible work environments.
• 4+ years of managing multidisciplinary teams.
• 4+ years of experience with workplace analytics.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred (e.g., LEED, WELL).
• Experience leading change management initiatives preferred.
• Master's degree is preferred.
