Graphic Designer - Remote

Overview

This role will drive the development of high-impact visual communications that support a wide range of company initiatives, including internal communications, leadership messaging, events and newsletters. The Graphic Designer will work independently and collaboratively with the Strategic Communications Team and cross-functional teams to ensure creative communications align with strategic business objectives, elevate brand perception and inspire internal and external audiences.

• Collaborate with the Strategic Communications team to produce creative graphic solutions.
• Generate and update content for newsletters and other communication vehicles.
• Ensure communication is consistent with corporate brand guidelines.
• Work on employee communications and design projects.
• Translate messaging into visually engaging stories.
• Update and maintain internal design files for shared access.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to improve design deliverables.
• Identify and prioritize communications projects efficiently.
• Stay updated on company developments and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of work experience required.
• Compelling portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Strong knowledge of layout and graphic design principles.
• Ability to translate raw content into compelling visual communications.
• Preferred experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
• Knowledge of Marketo, SharePoint, and digital signage platforms is desirable.
• Knowledge of HTML is a plus.
