Overview

The Clinical Excellence Manager will oversee the operation of Clinical Information Systems and Data Management for Stryker's Neurovascular Division, driving innovation and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) required.
• 8+ years’ experience managing clinical systems.
• Experience in neurovascular preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge in CTMS, EDC, eTMF, and DICOM.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Experience with vendor validation and auditing.
• Knowledge in virtualization and data management.
