Overview

As a Business Deployment Analyst, you will support the Territory Management & Incentive Compensation (TMIC) process area in a highly matrixed work environment, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of processes.

In Short

  • Support timely completion of deployment activities.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to drive process adoption.
  • Coordinate involvement of business and technical SMEs.
  • Participate in process workshops and support Global Process leads.
  • Assist with data cleansing, migration, and conversion.
  • Conduct testing activities including test script reviews.
  • Support hyper care activities post business go-live.
  • Create and deliver training content.
  • Execute key deployment activities to meet program goals.
  • Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in Information Systems.
  • Experience with TMIC programs or sales operations teams.
  • Experience with PowerBI.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
