Stryker’s Global Talent Attraction Team is looking for a recruitment marketing strategy builder and campaign specialist who will help us attract great talent to Stryker!

In Short

• Work remotely or from a Stryker location, willing to work east coast hours.
• Primary point of contact for Talent Attraction in the Americas.
• Create and implement data-driven recruitment marketing strategies.
• Influence and collaborate with regional leaders on marketing projects.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve candidate communications.
• Manage recruitment media campaigns and track campaign results.
• Oversee the company’s career site and suggest improvements.
• Create engaging job descriptions and marketing materials.
• Research marketing trends and create content for careers blog.
• Exercise independent judgment to drive goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing or related roles.
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Attraction or Employer Branding.
• Experience running ads on Google, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Data proficiency and literacy with Google Analytics certifications preferred.
• Experience in automating communication workflows in CRMs.
