The Associate Manager, ProAssure Services is responsible for guiding a team of Vocera ProAssure Specialists, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and training while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Lead and mentor a team of ProAssure Specialists.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical or healthcare IT.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience.
• US Citizenship required.
• Preferred experience with DOD and VA health systems.
