Lead Rebate Analyst - Remote

Overview

As the Lead Rebate Analyst, you will work with customers to resolve discrepancies in administration fee payments and enact rebates accordingly, while collaborating with finance partners.

In Short

• Remote position with occasional business-facing requirements.
• Calculate and coordinate payments for customer performance rebates.
• Monitor contract portfolio and communicate with Contract Analysts.
• Manage projection model for all rebates and GPO administration fees.
• Collaborate with Operations team for external audit activities.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of rebates through Model N system.
• Develop and support reporting for various groups.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience.
• Excel proficiency is required; revenue management tools experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with revenue management tools and ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle) preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
