• 5+ years’ experience in health plan or pharmaceutical drug industries.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining quality data analytics.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate financial impacts of drug rebate contracts.
• Develop new analytics and technology for contract performance evaluation.
• Identify efficiencies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Facilitate data ingestion and standardization of medical drug rebate data.
• Manage relationships with third parties for medical drug rebate processing.
• Work independently and efficiently.
• Gain exposure to innovation in healthcare.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a rebate data analyst.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with medical drug claims data and rebates.
• Familiarity with Medispan or First Databank and medical coding systems.
• Collaborative team player mentality.
• Experience with large, complex databases and process automation.
• Bachelor's degree.
