Overview

As a Data Science and Machine Learning (ML) Product Manager, you will lead the evolution, implementation, and customer success of Evio Compass, an analytic product designed to identify patients who need timely attention due to clinical or financial risks.

In Short

  • Lead product evolution and implementation for Evio Compass.
  • Collaborate with health plan customers to identify priorities and challenges.
  • Enhance existing algorithms and develop new ones for patient risk identification.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering meaningful outcomes for customers.
  • Drive the ML/AI strategy for Evio products.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure product value delivery.
  • Measure and improve product features based on client feedback.
  • Work hands-on across the lifecycle of model development from data acquisition to deployment.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute to a culture of empathy, diversity, and excellence within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-based product development.
  • Experience working with health plans or similar organizations.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and its application in healthcare.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
  • Experience leading product development and client transformation efforts.
  • Familiarity with the digital health product landscape.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with patient risk identification and management.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset.
