Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid Remote)

Overview

As a Nurse Practitioner at Strive Health, you will play a crucial role in transforming kidney care through advanced nursing practices. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to manage the care of patients with chronic kidney disease and ensure their needs are met through comprehensive care plans.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Nursing or similar field.
• 2+ years experience as a Nurse Practitioner in relevant fields.
• Current state-specific licensure and national board certification required.
• DEA license required or eligible within 90 days of hire.
• Current BLS or CPR Certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessment and documentation.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
• Wound Care certification preferred.
• Experience using audio-visual technology platforms.
