• Drive the operating model for the Global Partnerships function.
• Serve as the key strategic partner to the Global Head of Partner Engineering & Operations.
• Partner with various functions to develop strategy and support strategic relationships.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, or business operations.
• Experience in payments, card networks, or financial services.
• Build strong cross-functional partnerships with product and engineering teams.
• Navigate large data sets effectively.
• Strong program management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SQL or willingness to learn.
