Overview

As Senior Commercial Counsel primarily supporting Stripe’s Stablecoin & Crypto team, you will lead complex commercial and contractual negotiations, advise on product launches, and help scale Stripe’s legal and operational infrastructure.

• Support the Sales team, focusing on Stripe’s Stablecoin & Crypto team.
• Lead negotiations and advise on a wide range of commercial and legal issues.
• Work closely with Product Legal to bring new products to market.
• Advise on the contractual integration of services in Stripe’s crypto infrastructure.
• Align legal solutions with business priorities across teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on commercial strategy and risk.
• Develop training and resources for the Sales team.
• Manage outside counsel relationships when needed.

Requirements

• Familiar with legal issues in hosted data and technology services.
• Passionate about technology and quick to understand complex models.

• Qualified with good standing membership in at least one US state bar.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in-house or in a top law firm.
