In Short

  • Engage with customers, documenting and providing advice on customer needs.
  • Coordinate and dispatch work orders to stores as needed.
  • Advise on services, parts, and maintenance packages.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding service outcomes.
  • Educate customers on cost-saving opportunities and maintenance plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Communicate updates to customers regarding service timelines.
  • Never miss an opportunity to help customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills with persuasive engagement.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Meet or exceed a typing speed of 40 WPM.
  • Strong phone presence and experience handling calls.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
