Fundraising Manager - Remote

Overview

Street Child Italy is searching for an experienced Fundraising Manager to continue the growth of the Street Child brand in Italy with a strong focus on grants from foundations, corporations and Institutional Funders.

In Short

• Full-time, one-year fixed-term contract.
• Remote position based in Italy, preferably Rome or Milan.
• Lead proposal writing and cultivate relationships with foundations and institutional donors.
• Collaborate with the European fundraising team in Barcelona and London.
• Manage a small team of staff/interns.
• Support various fundraising channels including individual donors and events.
• Travel occasionally to offices and project countries.
• Contribute to the Italian fundraising strategy aligned with European plans.
• Build networks in philanthropy and international development.
• Embrace a dynamic and fast-evolving NGO culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in fundraising and proposal writing.
• Strong network in Italy.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing employees and volunteers.
• Academic background in a relevant field.
• Self-starter with a high sense of responsibility.
• Structured and analytical working style.
• Willingness to travel.
• Passionate about the values of Street Child.
