Requirements

• Experience in technical support with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with StreamElements tools.
• Ability to promote and upsell products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Twitch.tv ecosystem.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with adaptability.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Teamwork skills for collaboration.
