Overview

The Corporate Controller is a highly visible role responsible for overseeing the consolidation of financial statements and ensuring compliance with US GAAP.

• Supervise corporate staff accountant and manage financial statement preparation.
• Ensure accurate consolidation of financial entities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 7 to 10+ years of corporate accounting experience.
• 5 years of public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 810 required.
• CPA desired; knowledge of ASC 606, ASC 842 preferred.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
• Local candidates preferred.
