In Short

• Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Controller.
• Responsible for managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Requires a strong background in internal audit.
• Lead all aspects of the accounting function.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain audit-ready financial records.
• Collaborate with operations, billing, and collections teams.
• Partner with FP&A and executive leadership for decision-making support.
• Manage relationships with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 5 years in leadership.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience in building financial controls.
• Experience in transportation or supply chain preferred.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Salary range is $200,000-260,000/year.
