• Lead accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Own the general ledger and internal controls.
• Manage audits and partner with leadership on finance initiatives.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements.
• Design financial controls for SOC 1 compliance.
• Oversee accounting for loan originations and servicing.
• Lead ERP system upgrades and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting.
• Active CPA license required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with internal controls and SOC 1 readiness.
• Proven success in ERP/accounting system implementations.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience in consumer lending or specialty finance.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset.
