Corporate Controller - Remote

Overview

The Corporate Controller will be responsible for overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization, leading toward the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), regulatory requirements, and public company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 15 years of accounting experience, including 3-5+ years in a corporate controller role.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with senior executives.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
