In Short

• Lead the accounting team for a global company.
• Oversee GL, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Technical Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial reporting under US GAAP.
• Drive process improvement and automation in financial systems.
• Manage the financial close process and reporting.
• Establish accounting policies and internal controls.
• Lead annual financial statement audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Coach and develop accounting staff.
• Comply with legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA certification.
• 10+ years of accounting experience in a technology company.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP.
• Public accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new software tools.
