Corporate Controller - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee the financial and accounting functions for our hotel management company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with USALI, GAAP, tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
• Develop and manage financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements.
• Lead and manage the accounting team members.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Monitor cash flow and financial risks.
• Implement financial systems and process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership for financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, USALI, tax regulations.
• Proven leadership skills in managing accounting teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
