In Short

• Input, update, and maintain large volumes of data with speed and accuracy
• Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency across platforms
• Identify and correct errors in data entries
• Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
• Follow data integrity and security policies to protect sensitive information
• Assist with audits and quality control checks on data systems
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure data accuracy
• Generate basic reports as requested by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in data processing or related field is a plus
• 1+ year of experience in data entry or administrative support preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfortable working with databases or CRM systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information
