Overview

As a Digital Data Entry Associate at StrataBuilt, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our digital systems, requiring high attention to detail and strong time management skills.

• Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and digital platforms
• Review and verify incoming data for completeness and accuracy
• Identify and correct data entry errors or report them to relevant personnel
• Assist with digital documentation, filing, and organization of records
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve discrepancies
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits and quality checks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
• Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
• Strong typing skills (50+ WPM preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience with cloud-based platforms and CRM tools is a plus
