Overview

StrataBuilt is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support our data operations by accurately inputting, verifying, and maintaining data in our internal systems.

• Accurately input data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data
• Maintain updated records and ensure information is current and accessible
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify data discrepancies
• Generate data reports and assist in data audits as needed
• Follow established procedures for data entry and contribute to process improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher is a plus
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
