In Short

• Design, build, and operate the core frameworks and infrastructure for distributed data processing using Go, Python, Apache Spark, and Google Cloud Dataproc.
• Develop reusable tooling, libraries, and services for reliable data pipelines for healthcare integrations.
• Architect and implement scalable systems for real-time streams and large batch processing workloads.
• Focus on performance, reliability, observability, and cost-effectiveness of the data processing platform.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and data scientists to deliver foundational data capabilities.
• Define best practices for building, deploying, and operating data processing services.
• Ensure security and compliance of the data platform, especially for healthcare data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Go for high-performance systems-level software.
• Experience with distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Flink).
• Solid understanding of Python for data manipulation and scripting.
• Experience deploying services on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Ability to design reusable components that improve developer velocity.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
